The support/background desk will not be open or processing badges during the following dates.

Strongly suggest that those needing badges get their requests and reguired documents/envelopes prior to December 22nd.

All processing of badges will stop on January 1st, 2024.

Background Check Time Line

Online background check request form - 15 minutes

Support Desk receipt of $25.00 check and self-addressed stamped envelope - 3-7 days.

After check/envelope received by support desk - final step email link sent - usually the day check/envelope arrives.

Completion of final step online - company contacts support desk 24-48 hours after final form submitted.

Background review - 24-48 hours from notice from company.

Information for badge usually sent to printer on Saturday/Sunday.

OYWA Badge usually mailed on Mondays.
