If you have other questions or concerns please contact one of the administrators listed above.
The support/background desk will open on September 15th and then will not be open or processing badges during the dates listed below. All processing of badges will stop on December 15th, 2026. Closed dates: October 31st, November 26th & 27th, All Sundays. Last day badges will be printed and mailed: December 22, 2027.
Background Check Time Line: > Online background check request form - 15 minutes. >Support Desk receipt of $25.00 check or Zelle notivication- 3-7 days. >After received by support desk - final step email link sent - usually the day check. >Completion of final step online - company contacts support desk 24-48 hours after final form submitted. >Background review - 24-48 hours from notice from company. >Information for badge usually sent to printer on Saturday/Sunday. >OYWA Badge usually mailed on Mondays.
